Applicants should possess excellent teamwork and organizational skills, with an ‘excellence’ mindset. A recognised teaching qualification is preferred, or willingness to work towards one. The college supports industry professionals through the Taking Teaching Further Programme, which funds teacher qualification and provides mentorship.
For the 24/25 academic year, eligible teachers may receive a premium payment of £2000 to £6000. The role requires an enhanced DBS check, Children’s barred list check, and a Prohibition check. References from current or most recent employers will be approached prior to interview. Online searches will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
The college operates on two campuses: Warrington and Winsford. The closing date for applications is 1 June 2025, with interviews to be scheduled. We reserve the right to close the vacancy early if sufficient applications are received.
