Job description

We are looking for a Lecturer in Business Psychology to join our Postgraduate Team at Arden University. The role is primarily remote with little to no travel to the Coventry head office.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and dynamic online lectures to postgraduate students.
  • Lead module development, ensuring consistent quality and continuous improvement of learning materials and schemes of work.
  • Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high‑quality feedback to students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students.
  • Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment techniques.
Qualifications
  • Minimum MSc (or equivalent) in Psychology and recognized by the BPS as having a Graduate Basis for Chartership.
  • Proven experience in effective teaching, learning and assessment practices, with a track record of programme team involvement and inspiring delivery.
  • Knowledge or experience in Business or Occupational Psychology.
  • Experience in teaching research methods, particularly within business psychology, is advantageous.
  • Experience in dissertation supervision, particularly within business psychology, is advantageous.
  • PhD (or close to completion) in Psychology or a closely related subject.
