To these developments. Now is an exciting time to be joining this school. We are at the beginning of several major initiatives that will help us widen and deepen the influence of both our research and our teaching. We are proud of our inclusive, friendly culture and continue to promote and encourage diversity with several policies, including the option to apply for flexible working and support for staff returning from maternity leave and other breaks in service.
