Key tasks involve leading and supporting research supervision, supporting development of service-related projects, teaching in research skills and relevant subject area, supporting academic and curriculum development, and contributing to processes for research dissemination and impact.

A postgraduate qualification in psychology or a related discipline at doctoral level or equivalent is essential; with evidence of teaching or training achievement at an appropriate level; experience of provision of research supervision in a context relevant to clinical psychology and evidence of continued professional development to maintain and enhance standards.

You will have specialist knowledge and research achievement in an area of psychological research relevant to clinical psychology at doctoral level or equivalent; knowledge of the processes of evaluation and quality assurance within the NHS or higher education and experience of audit and use of data applicable to the context of the NHS.
