About the role
King’s College London is seeking an exceptional academic to join the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery & Palliative Care as a Lecturer in Applied Digital Health (Research & Education).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the future of digital health within one of the world’s top faculties for nursing and health sciences. You will contribute to cutting-edge research and innovative education that harnesses digital technologies to transform health and care delivery.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with expertise in applied digital health, health informatics, data analytics, or technology-enabled carewho can bridge research and practice. You will conduct high-quality, externally-funded research, build collaborations across academia including the King’s AI Institute, the NHS and industry, and publish in leading journals. You will also contribute to designing and delivering engaging undergraduate and postgraduate teaching that integrates digital health concepts into nursing and healthcare education.
The successful candidate will hold a PhD in a relevant field, demonstrate a growing track record of research outputs, supervise PhD and Masters students, and show commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching. Experience in interdisciplinary or applied healthcare research, and collaboration with clinical or industry partners, will be highly valued.

This is a full time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
