Job summary

The University of Edinburgh Business School seeks to appoint an Early Career Fellow or Lecturer in Digital Innovation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) within its Entrepreneurship and Innovation Group. We are looking for a high‑quality candidate who will contribute to the Group’s research and teaching.

Specifically, the successful candidate should have a strong research profile and the skills to conduct research and to design and deliver courses in AI for business, digital/AI innovation, and

Qualifications

• Strong research profile with evidence of at least one high-quality journal publication for Lecturer (Grade 8).
• Evidence of or potential to publish in leading, internationally recognised journals.
• Ability to design and deliver courses online as well as on-campus at undergraduate, master's and executive education levels.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching UG/PG and supervising dissertations.
• Ability to engage confidently with policy makers, practitioners and non-academic stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses across undergraduate, masters and executive education levels, online and on-campus.
• Contribute to or lead courses on MSc programmes, including AI for Business starting Sept 2026.
• Support development of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Group’s portfolio of courses.
