Wiltshire College & University Centre Lackham Campus is seeking a Lecturer in Agriculture on a flexible, variable-hours basis to inspire and guide learners across agriculture programmes.
You will teach, assess and share current industry knowledge, supporting students to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, higher education or further training while maintaining safeguarding and inclusive practice at the core of delivery.

You’ll join a vibrant land-based learning environment where real-world agricultural knowledge meets hands-on education. You’ll help students turn their passion for agriculture into the practical skills, technical expertise and professional confidence they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from professionals with expertise in livestock, arable farming, farm management, agricultural technology, agronomy or the wider agricultural sector.
Please note: This is a Variable Hours position, with teaching hours dependent on curriculum delivery.
Unqualified: £21.13 per hour + holiday pay
Qualified: £25.34 per hour + holiday pay
