Contract Length: Initially until Christmas, with potential extension

Are you an experienced agricultural professional with expertise in livestock management or agricultural machinery?

This is a great opportunity to share your skills and industry knowledge with the next generation of agricultural professionals at a leading land-based education provider. You'll play a key role in delivering practical and engaging lessons that prepare learners for real-world challenges in modern agriculture.

While teaching experience and relevant qualifications are desirable, applications are also welcomed from experienced farmers, agricultural engineers, or livestock specialists who are keen to make the move into education. Full support and training can be provided.

The Role:
  • Deliver Agriculture units to learners
  • Teach topics covering livestock husbandry, crop production, and/or agricultural machinery operation and maintenance
  • Support apprentices and full-time learners throughout their studies
  • Contract initially until Christmas, with potential to extend
The Person:
  • Background in Agriculture, with experience in livestock and/or machinery
  • Ideally holds a teaching qualification or is willing to work towards one
  • Passionate about inspiring and developing future agricultural professionals
  • Based within a commutable distance of Preston
