An innovative educational institution in Camden Town is looking for a Lecturer to join their Department of Foundation Degrees. This role involves delivering lectures, supporting module development, and providing academic advice to students. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in a relevant field and a recognized teaching qualification, with the ability to empathize and positively impact student outcomes. We are currently looking for a Lecturer to join the newly established Department of Foundation Degrees in the Centre for Academic Persistence to support the delivery of our Health & Care FdSc at each campus. Teaching will be a maximum of 16‑20 hours per week, with academic support including office hours, tutorials, and facilitating the cover rota on campus. You will also support module development during the first two years of your role and may have opportunities to become a Module Leader.
The role requires a presence of at least 3‑4 days a week on our London Stratford campus and one day working from home. You may be required to be on campus five days a week in some cases, based on teaching and meeting requirements. Hybrid working arrangements are a non‑contractual benefit and may change during your employment.
