About The Role

We are looking for an organized and motivated English Lecturer with strong programme management skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students while also overseeing the management and coordination of educational programmes. You will work closely with academic teams to ensure the smooth running of courses, from planning and delivery to assessment and evaluation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about teaching and committed to ensuring the success of both students and the programmes they are part of.

About You

The ideal candidate will hold an Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or be committed to working towards it. You will also have a GCSEs B or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). Proven teaching experience in GCSE English Language, preferably within an FE or HE environment, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to engage and motivate young people, and a passion for achieving student success are key to this role.
