School of Coding & AI in the UK offers a Digital Business Management Lecturer role based in Telford, delivered through a partnership with Harper Adams University. You will teach across business and digital modules, combining academic theory with industry insight to prepare students for modern careers.

You will design materials, deliver lectures, assess students, and contribute to curriculum development within an inclusive, collaborative academic team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Business, Business Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management or related discipline.
• Industry experience in digital business, business management, consulting or related field.
• Experience teaching, training, coaching or supporting learners in academic or professional settings.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools, platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate and support students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage teaching, assessment and student support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and foundation year Digital Business Management modules.
• Design, develop, and update learning materials, lesson plans, assessments, and teaching resources.
• Facilitate engaging lectures, tutorials, and blended learning activities.
• Integrate AI, industry trends and real-world business cases into teaching to boost employability.
• Support students in developing academic, professional, analytical, research and digital skills.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to support progression and achievement.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, progression and achievement; intervene to support retention.
• Administer, mark and moderate assessments in line with university policies.
• Contribute to curriculum development and programme enhancement.
