Job description

As part of the team, you will be responsible for the delivery of our Business curriculum (further education) and the course management of one of our student cohorts. You would also be expected to support the development of our curriculum provision and to deliver on our Higher Education offer. The T-Level qualification is an exciting development in the business curriculum and our current offer is based around Management and Administration with subjects such as Project Management, Finance, Quality and more. We are also planning to expand our offer to include a T Level in Marketing for the next academic year as well as Finance, Accounting and Legal pathways soon after. We would welcome your involvement in the planning, development and delivery of these.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Develop new and existing curriculum content consistent with college approved procedures to meet learner and customer needs.
  • Lead and guide students in a range of activities which enhance learning such as field trips, industry visits and guest speakers.
  • Assess, examine and support students and candidates using a variety of methods to maximise learner potential.
  • Develop links and build relationships with industry and associated stakeholders to enhance the reputation of the College and maximise income streams.
  • Establish effective working relationships with all interdependent areas of the College to support co‑operative partnership working and to maximise the learner experience.
  • Minimum Level 4 qualification.
  • Level 2 Maths & English or equivalent.
  • Recognised Teaching Qualification (or be willing to work towards one).
  • Demonstrable evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
  • Ability to build relationships within the industry to forward our reputation and business opportunities.
