This Lecturer - Course Leader post sits in the plumbing teaching team at Colchester Institute, covering both workshop and classroom training. Core work is preparing teaching materials, delivering lessons, setting and assessing coursework, and giving pastoral support to learners. It is distinct for its academic leadership and operational oversight of designated programmes across the Further and Higher Education provision, alongside maintaining employer links. Candidates need a Level 3 plumbing qualification and must hold or be working towards a Level 5 teaching qualification within three years of starting.
