Overview

Bangor University School Health Sciences is offering an exciting opportunity for an aspiring dental hygiene lecturer/clinical supervisor to join our team on a permanent part-time (80% FTE) basis.

Responsibilities

Duties will include supervision of undergraduate dental hygiene students, teaching of dental programmes, and assessment of undergraduate dental hygiene students within the clinical environment.

Qualifications
  • Degree standard in dental therapy and registration with the General Dental Council.
  • Diploma in Dental Hygiene and/or Therapy and a Dental Hygiene qualification only.

Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible. This role will be located on campus at Bangor and at clinical placement sites across North Wales. Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check required.
