Job summary

GBS is seeking Lecturers to teach on a new BSc (Hons) Business & Digital Transformation programme (subject to validation) in Manchester. The role requires flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

You will deliver modules on programming, AI, data systems for business, digital transformation and IT project management, with a focus on practical business applications. You will assess, develop materials, and keep up-to-date with the latest developments in your field, while

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).
• Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area.
• Demonstrable knowledge across multiple listed domains: programming, AI, digital transformation, data for business, IT project management, cybersecurity, digital platforms, UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess student work ensuring learning outcomes are met.
• Develop, update, and enhance course materials.
• Utilise diverse teaching methods and materials.
• Engage in staff development activities and administrative duties.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the field and student support practices.
• Support and supervise student work and maintain accurate records.
