Job summary

South Hampshire College Group is seeking an experienced lecturer to deliver engaging teaching across Built Environment programmes, including T Levels and Level 3/4 qualifications, at its Fareham campus. The role requires practical surveying expertise and the ability to support learners to achieve academic and career goals.

You will act as Personal Tutor, contribute to curriculum development, build links with employers and support industry placements.

Qualifications

• Practical surveying expertise including façade surveying, total stations and automatic levels.
• Experience teaching or supporting apprentices/learners in the workplace.
• Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.
• Industry experience within the Built Environment sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching across Built Environment programmes, including T Levels and Level 3/4 qualifications.
• Support learners to achieve their academic and career goals through high-quality teaching, assessment and pastoral support.
• Act as a Personal Tutor and contribute to course leadership, quality assurance and curriculum development.
• Build strong links with employers and support industry placements and learner progression.
