Overview

12 months fixed term contract, maternity cover. We are seeking an enthusiastic Criminology Lecturer to teach a range of undergraduate criminology and research modules on our well-established BSc (Hons) Criminology and Forensic Investigation programme and the new BSc (Hons) Psychology and Criminology programme within the Faculty of HE at the University Centre South Essex.

Responsibilities
  • Teach a range of undergraduate criminology and research modules on the specified programmes.
  • Contribute to module design, delivery and assessment; support student learning and progression.
Qualifications
  • First degree in Criminology or a related discipline.
  • Relevant teaching experience at higher education level.
  • Masters degree or PhD in Criminology or related discipline is desirable.
