Salary: £27,665 - £40,644 (Dependants in experience and qualifications)

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.

As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation and help shape the future workforce of our city.

Requirements

Must-Have:

•Hold a degree or equivalent in Brickwork or relevant subject

•Hold a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths

•Hold a relevant teaming qualification or will be willing to work towards one

Be able to demonstrate:

•Experience of teaching H&S, Principles of Building as a minimum within a teaching/training environment

•Ability to use effectively within own teaching practice a range of teaching and learning methods, including Assessment for Learning, Blended Learning and Information Learning Technology
