Job summary

Lincoln College in Chengdu, China, invites applications for a Lecturer in Accounting to join our international delivery team. You will deliver high-quality teaching and help students develop knowledge, skills and professional behaviours for careers in accounting and finance.

You will contribute to curriculum development and deliver engaging learning in an international setting, with teaching across two 12-week semesters from September to November and March to May.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting or a closely related subject.
• Teaching experience, or the ability to deliver engaging learning in further or higher education.
• The ability to adapt teaching approaches to an international learning environment.
• A passion for supporting students to achieve their potential.
• Applicants must be under 60 years of age due to China immigration regulations.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Lecturer in Accounting to join our international delivery team in Chengdu, China.

This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching within an established international partnership, helping students develop the knowledge, skills and professional behaviours required for successful careers in accounting and finance.

You will play a key role in delivering an engaging and innovative curriculum, supporting students to achieve outstanding outcomes and progress to higher education or professional careers. Alongside teaching, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the accounting curriculum to ensure it remains aligned with industry expectations and regional needs.

While the role will be primarily based in Chengdu, there may also be opportunities to contribute to delivery at other international centres.

Teaching takes place over two semesters: September to November and March to May, each for 12 weeks, totalling 24 weeks annually.
