About the Role

Horizon Teachers is supporting a specialist SEN provision for adult learners with complex needs. They’re looking for a committed Lecturer to deliver personalised, engaging programmes that promote independence, progress and confidence.

You’ll plan and deliver high-quality learner-centred sessions, assess progress, lead small teaching teams, and work closely with therapists, carers and multi-disciplinary professionals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating meaningful outcomes for vulnerable adult learners.

What You Need

  • A genuine passion for SEN and inclusive learning

As part of the registration process you will be required to have a DBS Check carried out and all original relevant qualifications will need to be sighted and copied before any work placement. For all teaching roles you will need to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
