A social care staffing agency is looking for a Personal Advisor to join the Leaving Care Team in Sefton. This role offers 36 hours per week on an initial 16-week contract, supporting young people aged 16+ as they transition to independent living. Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in or leaving care.
• A person-centred, strengths-based approach.
• Good understanding of the Children (Leaving Care) Act is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support young people aged 16+ moving towards independence.
• Develop and review Pathway Plans.
• Provide advice around education, employment, and housing.
• Advocate on behalf of young people with partner agencies.
• Manage a diverse caseload and maintain accurate records.
