A community-focused housing organization in Bristol seeks an individual for leasehold management. The role involves managing customer enquiries and working on arrears recovery. Strong communication and numeracy skills are essential, alongside a driving license. This organization champions diversity and offers a flexible working environment, allowing employees to balance their work and personal lives effectively.
This role is diverse, and you could be dealing with leasehold management enquiries or consulting with customers regarding proposed major works one moment and then working on arrears recovery the next. You will also be responsible for providing a leasehold management service to your own sheltered leasehold schemes. You will be a great communicator and have excellent numeracy skills. As you will be handling queries and applications from a range of customers, you will have experience of working in a customer focussed environment with the ability to use initiative, tact, and sensitivity. A real people person, you can understand and relate to the customers where needed. It would be great if you had property management experience, and experience in debt recovery and leasehold management, but this is not essential. Due to the nature of the role, you will need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle or alternative transport.
