Qualifications

• Hold an IRPM qualification, ideally MIRPM or above.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD in leasehold law and service charges.
• Experience in end-to-end EST setting and ACT reconciliation.
• Proven variance analysis experience with missed-visit deductions.
• Strong lease interpretation experience with tribunal exposure.
• Experience in leading teams for high customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholder management.
• Understand Landlord & Tenant Act and best practice for service charges.
• Proficient in risk management and controls design.
• Advanced Excel skills; confident with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Leasehold & Home Ownership service.
• Ensure that service charges are set and reconciled accurately.
• Maximise lawful income and protect legal position.
• Act as Product Owner for leasehold and service-charge modules.
• Provide strong financial governance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Right To Buy administration from application to completion.
