Looking for a job where your skills matter and your work makes a real impact? We're proud to be a trusted local employer providing a family-friendly culture alongside great benefits, and real opportunities to grow.
We're now seeking a Leasehold Manager - someone to lead and develop the Leasehold & Home Ownership service ensuring that service charges are set, validated and reconciled accurately, lease obligations are met, and residents receive clear, timely information.
You'll own end-to-end service delivery for Leasehold & Home Ownership: policy, procedures, workflows, KPIs and team capacity planning and provide assurance over annual estimates (EST), year-end actuals (ACT), prior-year adjustments, and reserve/sinking funds, supported by high-quality, auditable leasehold/Shared Ownership (SO) data.
Acting as Product Owner for leasehold and service-charge modules: roadmap, requirements, testing, release notes and benefits tracking, you'll maximise lawful income and protect GCH's legal position establishing a clear controls framework (maker-checker, documented sign-offs, audit trails) and drive data accuracy across housing and finance systems (scheme structures, apportionments, component coding).
Ensuring resident communications meet statutory and best-practice standards (clarity, timeliness, accessibility), you'll provide strong financial governance and regulatory compliance (LTA/CLRA, S20, Consumer Standards) and manage and lead the Right To Buy administration from application to completion, including confirming eligibility, commission of valuations, preparation of initial legal packs to Land Registry specifications, investigating title, confirming covenants and easements, instructing solicitors and determining the terms of transfers and leases.
Closing Date: 11th December 2025.
GCH reserve the right to bring the closing date forward should enough quality applications be received prior to the current closing date.
