Job title: Leasehold Enfranchisement Associate Solicitor

Location: Southampton

Salary: £55,000-£72,000+

PQE Level: 3+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full‑time

Our client seeks a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced enfranchisement lawyer or a property solicitor looking to specialise in this niche and rewarding area.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters, including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, right to manage, and freehold acquisitions. Working closely with Senior members of the team and colleagues across the property division, you’ll deliver clear, strategic advice to a diverse client base – from individual leaseholders to large estates.
