A leading housing organization is seeking a Lease Delivery Manager to oversee new-build and refurbishment projects for supported living. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in development, expertise in lease agreements, and strong financial skills. This role involves liaising with stakeholders, managing consultancy services, and ensuring projects meet client needs. The position offers flexibility with home-based work and regular travel.

As a Lease Delivery Manager you will be responsible for delivering new‑build and refurbishment supported living leased‑in development projects to provide homes for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. You will work closely with stakeholders, commissioning and managing professional services, and ensure projects align with the development strategy and financial plan.
