Qualifications

Lease Delivery Manager at Progress Housing Group

Department: Development (RWP)
Salary: £54,616
Location: Home Based with Travel
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

As a Lease Delivery Manager you will be responsible for delivering new‑build and refurbishment supported living leased‑in development projects to provide homes for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. You will work closely with stakeholders, commissioning and managing professional services, and ensure projects align with the development strategy and financial plan.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver leased‑in development projects for supported living.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and commission professional services.
  • Assess the financial performance of new business opportunities presented by investors, funders and developers.
  • Appoint and manage professional consultancy services, ensuring delivery on programme and within agreed budgets.
  • Manage internal and external consultation and design meetings to ensure schemes meet client needs and Group standards.
  • Obtain final sign‑off of the design proposal from stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, partners and stakeholders throughout the lease development process.
  • Review and recommend legal documentation relating to lease development schemes in conjunction with legal representatives.
  • Demonstrate a broad and deep knowledge of your specialty or professional area and its importance to the wider business.
  • Travel regularly and undertake occasional overnight stays.
  • Work flexibly across locations, including from home and Progress offices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of general development experience, project managing a range of leased schemes.
  • Experience negotiating, agreeing and entering lease arrangements.
  • Experience developing specialised supported housing.
  • Excellent financial awareness, including ability to prepare, monitor and analyse costing, cashflow, budgeting and appraisal.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collectively.
  • Full UK Driver Licence and use of your own vehicle.
