An established SEND school in Haywards Heath is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Partner to provide meaningful support for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties. Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming and well-established SEND school in Hayward Heath that supports pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and additional complex needs. We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Partner to join their team and provide meaningful, day-to-day support for pupils who benefit from a personalised and nurturing approach.
This role is ideal for someone who is patient, observant, and committed to helping young people access learning at a pace and style suited to them.
As a Learning Support Partner, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to engage with learning, communicate their needs, and feel secure in their environment. Your responsibilities will include:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
