Monday – Friday (Full time and part time available)
8:30-3:30 – No Weekends!
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a provision in Bridgend. The provision supports young people from the ages of 3 all the way up to 19 years of age with ALN (additional learning needs), EBD (Emotional and behavioural difficulties) and SEN (special educational needs).
As a Learning Support Assistant, your role will involve nurturing both the personal and academic growth of young individuals, guided by their tailored development plans. These plans are created through the school’s assessment process and will help you understand how best to support each student.
Your support will extend beyond the classroom, with a strong emphasis on sensory and hands-on learning experiences that are central to the school’s approach. Encouraging a positive mindset and fostering independence will be key to building meaningful relationships with the students and helping them form a healthy, constructive connection with their education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
