A leading education support organization in Wakefield seeks compassionate Learning Support Assistants to help secondary school pupils with their learning and confidence. This role involves supporting students individually or in small groups, adapting tasks as needed, and creating a positive atmosphere. No school experience is required, but a calm demeanor and ability to build trust are essential. This position offers flexible hours and opportunities for training and support.
Location: Wakefield
Contract: Full-time, Part-time or Flexible
Start: ASAP
Pay: £90 to £100 per day, weekly PAYE pay

We’re supporting several local schools who need compassionate, steady and proactive Learning Support Assistants to help pupils with their learning, confidence and everyday classroom challenges. Every day is different, and every win, big or small, really matters.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
