Job summary

Wood End Park Academy in Bromley is seeking a permanent Learning Support Assistant for the SENd unit. You will work 30 hours per week during term time plus three inset days, supporting pupils in a specialist environment alongside teachers and trained staff.

The role emphasises strong communication and organisational skills, a proactive, calm, and flexible approach, and resilience. DBS checks and right-to-work in the UK are required.

Job description

A permanent Learning Support Assistant post in the SENd unit at Wood End Park Academy, which sits within The Park Federation Academy Trust. The work centres on supporting pupils in the specialist unit alongside teachers and experienced support staff. The post runs term time plus three inset days at 30 hours a week, in a school of over 900 pupils including a 60-place nursery. Visa sponsorship is not available.
