Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant for our SEMH school in Horley. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30, with a focus on supporting pupils aged 5–16 and maintaining a positive, trauma-informed approach to care.

Applicants should have 3–6 months experience in education or a similar setting, GCSEs in English and Maths, and be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS. A UK driver's license is required due to the campus location.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed approach to student care.
• Willingness and ability to assist pupils aged 5-16 with personal care.
