Pay: Paid to scale (Inner/Outer London) - this may be a permanent role paid on salary or on a daily rate equivalent to scale

Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Long-term

Empowering Learning are recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with secondary-age students across Mainstream, SEN and SEMH settings in East London. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people to achieve both academically and personally.

You'll be providing 1:1 support, running small group interventions, and assisting with behaviour management within the classroom. Working alongside experienced teachers and pastoral teams, you'll help students build confidence, resilience and independence.
