Job description

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Schools team at our Berkshire College of Agriculture Campus. This part time position requires working 28 hours per week for a total of 38 weeks per year.

The successful candidate can expect a work pattern of Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 08:30 am to 15:30 pm. The role pays between G16 £15,556.29 and G19 £17,290.22 on Support Pay Scale G (£24,098 to £26,784 FTE).

Learning Support Assistant - Schools

Join our Schools Provision team and work with students referred from local schools who have a variety of SEN requirements. Your role will involve providing support on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within a full classroom setting.

This position requires you to work from 08:30am to 3:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, for a total of 38 weeks per year during term time.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enabling students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to fully access the curriculum. By assisting in the delivery of a structured and planned learning support programme, you will help students engage in all aspects of college life and work towards their desired outcomes, learning goals, and full potential.
