Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a specialist SEMH school in Maidenhead. We welcome Psychology and Social Science graduates aiming to gain hands-on experience before pursuing roles in Clinical or Educational Psychology.

You will support pupils with emotional regulation, behavioural management, and trauma-informed practice, delivering 1:1 and small-group mentoring within a supportive team.

Qualifications
