Are you a recent Psychology Graduate seeking a career in Psychology or Counselling? Interested in gaining experience with mental health and additional needs?

We are looking for a Psychology Graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant at a small specialist school in Swindon. All students in the school have special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and communication needs, physical disabilities, and social and emotional needs. As a Learning Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include working with students on a one-to-one basis and in group settings, preparing learning materials, supporting social and emotional development, and helping to improve independent living and interpersonal skills.

This role provides valuable experience for those aspiring to become Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Youth Workers, or Speech and Language Therapists.
