Qualifications

• Relevant UK-based school experience within the last two years.
• Experience supporting children in a classroom or learning environment.
• A patient, adaptable and supportive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with classroom learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Providing individual and small-group support.
• Assisting with reading, writing, Maths and classroom activities.
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines.
• Helping pupils develop independence and confidence.
• Supporting children with additional learning needs where required.
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff.
