Job summary

A leading education support company in Frimley is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support children with learning and additional needs. You will work in classrooms with both mainstream and Special Education Needs (SEN) pupils, fostering an environment that encourages children to achieve and flourish in life. This position is suitable for graduates and individuals with experience working with children, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and compassion.

Learning Support Assistant – Primary School – Frimley

Helping children ACHIEVE as much as they possibly can and to FLOURISH in adult life.

Would you like to work with young people who need support in the classroom? We are working with excellent schools in the area who are looking for enthusiastic graduates or individuals with experience working with children, to join their supportive and motivated team.

Your role will be to support children with Learning and Additional Needs. Additional needs may include speech and language difficulties, autism, physical difficulties and/or medical needs.

Have you got ambitions of becoming a teacher or working within the school environment and gaining invaluable experience?

5 days a week, working 1:1 and in small groups with mainstream and Special Education Needs (SEN) pupils. Teamwork is hugely important to this role working with your fellow class teacher.

Graduates and non Graduates are welcome. Caring and compassionate character essential.
