Are you passionate about supporting young adults with special educational needs as they take their next steps into adulthood? We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist college in Bromley, supporting students aged 19-25 with a range of SEND, including autism, complex needs, and communication difficulties.

Responsibilities
  • Support students with learning, life skills, and employability training
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning programmes
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and social skills development
  • Provide personal care and emotional support where required
