A prominent educational institution in the UK is seeking part-time Learning Support Assistants. The role involves supporting students with additional needs and personal care within the classroom. This is a part‑time, reduced‑year role (32 hours per week, 36 weeks per year).
Keighley College are recruiting 2 Learning Support Assistants to join our Study Programmes Department. These roles require experienced SEND practitioners to support students with Educational Health Care Plans in a mainstream setting based at the Keighley College campus.
This will include physically supporting students within the classroom, helping with personal care, and, at times, pushing a wheelchair. Additionally, you will make a contribution towards positive outcomes for disadvantaged and vulnerable students in their preparation for adulthood.
Actual salary for 32 hours per week over 36 weeks per year is £17,707 per annum.
