Morgan Hunt UK Limited is assisting Hopwood Hall College in Middleton to recruit a Learning Support Specialist - Literacy & Numeracy. You will support learners with SEND across FE settings, delivering targeted interventions in English, maths, literacy and numeracy.
The role involves adapting materials, monitoring progress, and helping learners gain confidence, independence and employability skills, with a view to EHCP outcomes and inclusive learning practices.
Location: Hopwood Hall College, Middleton
Salary: £13 - £15 per hour, depending on role and experience
Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Specialist - Literacy & Numeracy to support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across further education settings in Middleton.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted interventions, individualised support, and practical assistance to help learners overcome barriers to learning. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving learner outcomes and helping students develop the confidence and essential skills required for further education, employment, and independent living.
