About the Role
A vibrant post-16 college in the Finsbury Park area is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a student with moderate learning needs, primarily autism. The student is part of a dynamic performing arts group, so the college is specifically looking for someone with a background in drama, theatre, or performing arts who can bring creativity, structure, and confidence-building skills to the role.
The student can be easily led and has limited awareness of personal boundaries, so the ideal candidate will be calm, consistent, and able to provide clear guidance while promoting independence and positive social interaction.
If you’re creative, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful difference in a student’s college experience, we’d love to hear from you.
