About the Learning Support Assistant Role:

• As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with staff to monitor and support pupil progress and well-being

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous
• Able to work full‑time or flexible hours to meet the needs of pupils
• Eligible to work in the UK with a valid National Insurance number
