The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking two dedicated Learning Support Assistant - Full Time (ALS) to join our team at Slough and Langley College. This is a Term Time Only role, 37 hours per week across 37 term-time weeks per year.
The position involves enabling students to access the curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, and helping them achieve their learning goals and potential. You will work under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager and Lecturers to assist with teaching, learning and related activities in accordance with college policies, EHCPs and safeguarding requirements.
Full-time hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 Fridays at the Slough and Langley College campuses. 37 term-time weeks per year. Salary range: £20,015.81 – £22,246.80 per year (£24,098 – £26,784 FTE), depending on qualifications and experience.
