Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (Post‑16 / Complex Needs) to support teenagers and Post‑16 learners who find the world challenging. You will provide bespoke, individualised support, helping learners build independence, regulate emotions, and stay engaged in their programmes.

You will work under the guidance of a class teacher, handling challenging behaviour and collaborating with teachers and therapists to create calm, consistent routines that help students
