Job summary

Astrum Multi Academy Trust is seeking Learning Support Assistants for Newbridge Upper and Lower School in Redbridge. You’ll support pupils with a wide range of complex special educational needs and disabilities, helping them engage in learning activities across two sites.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Positive, playful attitude engaging learners.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and grow, with development support.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with complex needs across two sites (Lower and Upper School).
• Assist in daily learning activities and adapt resources as required.
• Promote inclusion, safety and positive behaviour in classrooms.
