The Sigma Trust is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join The Thomas Lord Audley School on a fixed-term basis. The role focuses on building positive relationships and delivering targeted interventions to support pupils' academic and personal development across Wave 1–3 plans.

You will work with individuals or small groups under teaching staff and SENCO guidance, establish strong relationships with students and staff, and act as a key worker for SEN pupils.

Qualifikationen

• GCSEs in Maths and English (C or equivalent) are required.
• Understand procedures and legislation relating to confidentiality.
• Understand the importance of physical and emotional wellbeing.

A Day in the Life:

You'llbe responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:

• Workwith individuals or small groups of children under the direction of teachingstaff and or SENCO to plan and deliver wave 1, 2 and 3 interventions that havemeasurable impact for the specific needs of the student.
• Establishpositive relationships with students and staff.
• Be akey worker for SEN pupils.
