Job summary

Protocol are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join a Further Education College in Crewe for the new academic year. You will work with students aged 16–18 across in-class, small groups and one-to-one settings.

The role is open to full-time (5 days) or part-time (3 days or more) per week, temporary with termly reviews, with a pay rate of £13.69 per hour. Right to work in the UK and DBS checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience providing learner support in an educational setting.
• Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English.
• Upbeat, personable, and motivational to inspire students.
• Ability to educate and inspire learners aged 16-18.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-curriculum support to learners in class, in small groups, and one-to-one.
• Help learners achieve their potential during their time in college.
