Purple Oaks Academy in Northampton is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our welcoming team. We value individuals who understand that behaviour is communication and who support students to express themselves in diverse ways.

You will work closely with a friendly team to assist pupils with Special Educational Needs, develop communication skills, and help maintain high engagement and inclusive learning environments.
