Job summary

Manor School in North West London is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant specialist environment across three Brent sites from September 2026. We value a positive, energetic and creative approach to supporting pupils with diverse needs within a collaborative team.

Experience or interest in autism and varying learning needs is advantageous, and applicants should be keen to work in partnership with class teachers to promote inclusive learning and safeguarding across our school

Job description

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming special school in North West London.

Manor School provides an Ofsted-judged ‘Outstanding’ specialist learning environment for pupils with a wide range of special needs. We have a clear and strong vision of ‘love, learn, laugh’ which we achieve through creating a positive, engaging setting where all pupils can reach their full potential.

From September 2026 Manor School was split across three sites in Brent. This Learning Support Assistant role is available across all three of our sites.

Manor School is part of The Rise Partnership Trust and the post holder may be required to work across the Trust as and when necessary.

Experience or knowledge of autism and/or a range of learning needs and disabilities is an advantage.
