Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join an inclusive and high-performing team in Cheshire. This role supports students' educational and social development within a vibrant secondary school environment.

You will assist staff with engaging activities for students with diverse needs, help develop social skills, and foster independence while maintaining a positive, welcoming classroom culture that encourages participation and achievement.

Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent in English, Maths, or Science.
  • Knowledge of the secondary education system and SEND.
  • Purposeful experience working with young people, preferably 11-16.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and ability to inspire students.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Description
